Chrome extension

Record a workflow. Get a finished help article.

An hour of writing, cropping and annotating becomes a few minutes of recording. MYSIA.AI Recorder watches you click through any web app, captures a highlighted screenshot for every step, and writes the article — so whoever reads it gets the task done first try instead of asking you.

Questions people ask

What does MYSIA.AI Recorder do?
It turns a screen workflow into a finished help-center article. You record yourself doing the task once in Chrome; MYSIA writes a description for every click and attaches a screenshot with the target element highlighted. Documentation that normally takes half a day of writing and cropping takes a few minutes of recording.
How much time does it actually save?
Writing a step-by-step guide by hand means doing the task, screenshotting each step, cropping, annotating and wording every instruction — typically 30 to 60 minutes per article. Recording the same workflow takes as long as the workflow itself, usually two to five minutes, and the draft is ready to edit. The saving repeats every time a screen changes and the guide has to be redone.
Does it make people faster at the task itself?
That is the point of the highlighted screenshots. Each step names the exact control and rings it in amber, so the reader does not hunt through the interface or guess which button was meant. Tasks get completed on the first attempt instead of turning into a support ticket or a walkthrough call.
Which browsers does it work with?
MYSIA.AI Recorder is a Chrome extension and works in Chrome and other Chromium browsers such as Edge, Brave and Arc. There is nothing to install on your servers and no code change in the app you are documenting.
What does it cost?
Start free with 3 articles, then $15 / month for unlimited recordings and 1,000 recorded steps a month. No credit card is needed to start, and the code STARTFREE gives you the first month free.
Is the recorded data safe?
Passwords, card numbers and one-time codes are masked in the page before anything is uploaded, so sensitive fields never leave the browser. Articles stay private until you publish them.
Can I edit the article before publishing?
Yes. Every recording arrives as a draft: reword any step, delete steps you do not need, have MYSIA rewrite the whole article, or restore an earlier version from history. Then publish.
Where does the finished article live?
On your own hosted help center with its own address, name, logo and colour. You can share a single article link or the whole help center, and export any article as a PDF.
