By creating an account or using MYSIA ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

MYSIA provides an embeddable widget and API that generates contextual tutorials inside your application. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

3. Your account

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and API keys. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to: generate illegal content; abuse, harass, or deceive end users; reverse-engineer the Service; or resell access without written permission.

5. Plans, billing, and refunds

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of product context and content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process it to provide the Service.

7. AI output

Tutorials are AI-generated and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it in production workflows.

8. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.

10. Limitation of liability

Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
